Chocolate fondant is one of my personal favourite especially for dessert. After trying it in an Italian restaurant that I had gone to with my work colleagues, I instantly fell in love with the oozing chocolate that had filled my mouth after biting into the soft spongey surrounding. I had to find out how this was made! I straight away came home and did my research as I could not stop thinking about the perfect marriage of textures that I had just experienced and created the perfect chocolate fondant. My family had become judges of this new experience that I had given them, and all comments I had received were positive. I had used dark chocolate as this is my favourite type of chocolate. To top it off, I personally enjoy this with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
