Triple Chocolate Brownies. Now this is a treat we can have on an ordinary day, but for me growing up it was a special winter tradition. I usually bake this and cut it up into bite-size squares and leave it in a jar for the family to have within a week (with my family it would disappear in two days). To make this extra special for Christmas, I would add milk, white and dark chocolate chips to my mixture as opposed to regular chocolate chips. My personal experience with baking brownies had been a sort of “several trials before I got it right” sort of thing. I had first baked brownies in my teens and for some reason, the brownies had been well under-baked, so the first attempt had gone wrong very badly. The second time I had over baked my brownies and they tasted like regular chocolate cake. It was not until the third time I had completely perfected the arts of brownie baking. Personally, my brownies have to be fudgy as opposed to cakey. And my third attempt had been the perfect consistency. Since then I have been baking brownies to this degree for a considerable long time now.
