Snowflake cupcakes
Ingredients:
150g of softened butter spread
Slightly less than 1 cup of granulated/caster sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of self-rising flour
Method:
Preheat the oven at 180C/gas mark 4.
Line the 3 by 4 cupcake tin with cupcake cases.
In a bowl, beat the butter until soft and combine with the granulated sugar
Break the two eggs into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Mix in the cup of flour and divide the mixture equally between the cake cases.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
O
nce cooled, pipe ice blue buttercream icing and decorate with silver balls and snowflakes.
